Set up in 1990, simply running an ad in the local press advertising "For computer solutions" many customers, from the area, would call apon him for his quick response time and his impeccable customer service. He offered a friendly face to computer repair, rather than the usual situation where the technician would fix the problem and leave without an explaination of what the problem was or how it was fixed.
He would always be there for the people who needed his help. From the age of 10 I worked alongside him, picking up the right way of customer dealings and problem solving.
Now, two years on from his passing, I have kept my morals the same. I keep working to solve problems for the people of Swansea and surrounding areas. I aim to fix whatever problem arises and do so without being withdrawn from the people I'm working for. After passing my driving test in 2005 I have been able to return to working in the area.
Future plans are to supply internet access, repair and upgrade computers. With sales of computer peripherals and software to the general public.
